Appointments let us prepare for your visit and give you focused attention. They also help us control operating costs—staffing, utilities, and the expense of keeping a showroom running throughout the day. Keeping overhead lower helps us offer lower prices.

Upon arrival

We’ll start with a brief introduction and a conversation about what brought you in.

Your needs and preferences

We’ll discuss your current mattress, comfort preferences, any sleeping concerns, and what’s prompting you to look for a replacement. Whether you’re just starting your search or ready to choose, we’ll meet you where you are.

Products and pricing

We’ll walk through the mattresses and adjustable base, let you try the available options, and explain pricing, payment, and financing options. You’ll have time to compare and ask questions.

Delivery and your old mattress

Delivery is available through a third-party delivery partner. Available delivery days are limited, and we’ll discuss scheduling and any charges during your appointment.

We do not haul away old mattresses. If you need removal, we can refer you to a separate service.
