What is the comfort system?
The supplied AeroFlex™ model combines breathable latex, contouring CoolSync™ memory foam, OmniPhase™ phase-change technology, bamboo charcoal transition foam, zoned steel coils, and base foam.
Can I pair it with an adjustable base?
The supplied construction includes flexible base foam for use with an adjustable bed base. Ask us about an M555 pairing for your selected size.
How is it packaged?
Malouf mattresses arrive rolled and compressed in a box. Ask us for the unpacking and setup instructions for your purchase.
What warranty and return terms apply?
Request the written manufacturer warranty and our local return and exchange terms before purchasing.
Is financing available?
Yes. We will discuss financing options during your appointment, including Snap Finance and Koalafi. Applications, eligibility, and terms are handled by the financing provider.
Do you offer delivery and mattress removal?
Delivery is available through a third-party partner on limited days. Discuss scheduling and charges at your appointment. We do not haul away old mattresses, but can refer you to a removal service.
