Explore the positioning, controls, and comfort features.
Customizable memory preset
Move the base where you like it, then press and hold the remote’s M button to save the position. You can also save over an existing preset.
Independent head and foot adjustment
Raise or lower the head and the foot separately with the remote or the app.
Head and foot massage
Turn massage on for the head or the foot, then change the intensity and vibration pattern. A timer runs 10, 20, or 30 minutes.
Bluetooth® app control
Use the MALOUF® Base app to move the base from your phone. Malouf lists snore detection, Partner Control, and Siri Shortcuts. Use one phone at a time.
Under-bed LED lighting
LED lights on each side of the base light the area beneath it.
USB ports
USB ports on each side of the base charge compatible devices near the bed.
Remote lock
A child-safe lock button locks the remote’s controls. Children should not operate the base without adult supervision.
Optional legs
Place the base directly on a platform, a bed frame, or the floor, or add the included legs.
Backup battery connection
In a power outage, two 9V batteries (not included) can return the base to Flat. They are for that purpose only.
20-year limited warranty
Coverage differs by year: parts and defects through year 5 (labor and shipping are at your cost after year 1), then the metal frame and legs only through year 20. Ask for the full written terms.
Weight limit
Malouf’s owner’s manual says not to exceed 750 pounds.

The MALOUF® Base app connects over Bluetooth®
and is available in the app store.
Use the app to move the base from your phone. Malouf lists snore detection, Partner Control, and Siri Shortcuts among its features, and provides separate setup instructions for Partner Control and Siri Shortcuts.
App availability, device compatibility, and setup depend on your phone. We will demonstrate the app during your visit and confirm setup for your device.

What is the difference between presets and the memory preset?
The five presets are Zero Gravity, Anti Snore, Lounge, TV/Read, and Flat. The remote’s M button saves a position you choose, and you can also save over an existing preset. Ask us to show you.
Can I use my phone?
Built-in Bluetooth® connects to the MALOUF® Base app. Ask us to confirm app support for your phone and to demonstrate the app during your visit.
Where are the Partner Control and Siri instructions?
The manufacturer provides separate Partner Control and Siri Shortcuts instructions. Use the instruction link below and confirm app setup for your device with our team.
Will it fit my existing bed?
The legs are optional, so the base can sit directly on a platform, a bed frame, or the floor. Share your mattress size, frame dimensions, and foundation details so we can confirm fit and compatibility.
What is the weight limit?

What do I need to confirm before buying?
Confirm the size, mattress compatibility, complete purchase price, pickup or delivery arrangements, and written warranty terms.
Is financing available?
Yes. We will discuss financing options during your appointment, including Snap Finance and Koalafi. Applications, eligibility, and terms are handled by the financing provider.
Do you offer delivery and mattress removal?
Delivery is available through a third-party partner on limited days. Discuss scheduling and charges at your appointment. We do not haul away old mattresses, but can refer you to a removal service.
