Who we are
This site is run by MBAEVANSVILLE LLC, doing business as Mattress By Appointment, 2417 Washington Ave, Evansville, IN 47714. Phone (812) 468-4733.
What we collect, and why

Cookies and similar technologies
- This site: a small note in your browser’s session storage (not a cookie) remembers the campaign tags, landing page, and referrer for this browser tab, so a booking can be credited to the link that brought you and passed to our scheduling calendar. It disappears when you close the tab. If you answer the ad-measurement notice, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage.
- Scheduling: the booking calendar is provided by Calendly and loads from Calendly’s servers. Calendly may set its own cookies; see Calendly’s privacy notice.
- Fonts: text fonts load from this site.
- Ad measurement (optional): only if you click Allow on the notice, we load the Meta Pixel in your browser. It tells Meta that you viewed a page, viewed a product page, or finished booking a visit, along with your IP address, browser type, and Meta’s own ad cookies. We do not send your email address, your name, financing details, or anything you type into the questions panel. If you click No thanks, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of this loads or is sent.
Who else sees your information
- Calendly (scheduling and appointment emails).
- Microsoft 365 (our business email and calendar).
- Our web host: Fly.io (United States).
- Meta Platforms, only if you allow ad measurement, as described above.
- Authorities if the law requires it.
We do not give your information to other businesses to market their own products to you.
Email choices
Booking a visit does not sign you up for marketing email, and this site does not currently collect email sign-ups. Appointment confirmations come from our scheduling system. If you ever want us to stop contacting you, call or text us or write to the privacy contact below.
How long we keep it
- Contact and appointment records: Only as long as needed to handle your visit and any follow-up you asked for, and we delete them when you ask us to.
- Server logs: For a short period set by our hosting provider.
- Backups: our database is backed up daily and the newest 30 daily copies are kept, so deleted information can remain in backups for up to about 30 days.
Keeping it safe
Our records live on a private server that is not open to the public; only the owner can access them. Connections to this site are encrypted. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices
- Ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Decline ad measurement, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser; we honor it.

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold information about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. Use the contact above. If you disagree with how we handled a request, you can ask us to review it.
Children
This site is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date.
